BTS SAF sterile automatic filling technology utilizes closed vials with self-sealing septa. Paired with a specially designed needle, this system enables direct filling while maintaining sterility throughout the entire process.

 

 

BTS SAF machines are fully GMP qualified (IQ, OQ, PQ) and used in regulatory approved operational function.

 

 

Inside the isolator, two empty sterile vials are placed on a turntable. After the turntable rotates 180 degrees, the septa of both vials are punctured by needles, initiating the filling process. The precise volume of the filling is controlled by two specially self-designed pumps to ensure accuracy.

 

This filling system can be integrated into a semi-automatic setup, where the operator manually positions the vials, or into a fully automated machine for a continuous, uninterrupted process.
